This show has the theme of staying in shape. They pull this off well with energetic songs and intermissions. Everything seems to fit well with the physical fitness theme.


Recycled Songs - "Country Dancin'" and "Don't Ever Give Up" will both be re-used as intermissions in the 1993 generic Best of CEC TV Show.

Charlie Rockit Appearance - Charlie Rocket guest stars in "Tighten Up".

Birthday - This is the first showtape to feature the ever popular "Birthday Star".

This show has many fun and energetic songs. I think my personal favorite is "Muncho Man"...the video footage is hilarious, and the parody was well done. In fact, all parodies and songs were all very good... it seems the shows in 1992 have greatly improved from the shows from 1991. Good job!
