A live show based on a song that everybody knows, but often considered to kiddie to take seriously. But the kids love the interaction, and they are the ones that count, so if you're happy and you know it clap, stomp, and shout along!
The video footage is Chuck E and his friends at a playground and the showtape counterpart of this live, the Just For Kids Show, also has "If You're Happy & You Know It" in it.
One thing I did like about this live when it first came out was that it was themed with the showtape it came out with (the Just For Kids Show). I like the idea of theming the live shows with its showtape counterparts. But despite its kid appeal, this live show is more fun and interactive than Bingo Live. If You're Happy is an easy live to perform...and this live (along with Bingo) should be performed for the younger crowd...the ones too young for Chuck E Says but still want to participate in the show. You know you liked this song too as a little kid!
