What is Chuck E. Con?

Chuck E. Con is an unofficial Pizza Time Theatre and Chuck E. Cheese's fan convention hosted in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area by Matt the Franchize, Emily Sullivan and Jacob Goldberg on July 26th and 27th 2019.

What are some of the events happening at the convention?

This event will include visits to CEC locations, and a private hall to entertain our guests from all over.

Will there be an official Chuck E. Con Hotel?

There will not be an official hotel for this year's event. However we are encouraging CEC fans to find a hotel near the Chuck E. Cheese's in North Richland Hills or the North Fort Worth Chuck E. Cheese's as most of the events will be in that general area.

Will this event cost anything?

This year there will be a registration fee of $10 per person (for both days), which will assist covering food costs and assist in covering the hall costs along with other miscellaneous items for the event. Travel costs incurred (like hotel and food costs) are up to conventioneers.

Why am I paying $10?

The reason we've asked for a $10 registration fee is to ensure that we can provide the best event for you. The registration fee will cover the following:

- YOUR ENTRY TICKET
- You will not receive a ticket without paying the $10 fee
- Food and drink costs for both days at the private hall
- Any additional hall fees (such as WiFi)

As well as minor miscellaneous costs in terms of helping our staff provide items for the event such as (but not limited to):

- Chuck E. Con 2019 name tags
- Chuck E. Con 2019 Programs
- Napkins and plates (for the food of course!)

What events will be going on at the hall?

Events at the hall will include things such as collector's displays, character visits, performances and so much more!

Are Five Nights at Freddy's Fans welcomed at this event?

Yes, FNAF fans are welcome to attend this event. However, keep in mind that this event will be focusing on the Chuck E. Cheese characters exclusively.

Are we allowed to cosplay at this event?

Cosplays are welcome, as long as the cosplay doesn't cover the face and does not have official CEC costume parts (such as shoes, heads, shirts, etc.) In respect to the family friendly atmosphere, we also request all cosplays be appropriate for all ages.

Can I bring my fursuit (personal walkaround) to the event?

Unfortunately due to safety reasons (see cosplay question) fursuits are not permitted at the event.

Can I tell my friend where the Event Hall is?

Unfortunately, no. To insure the safety of yourself and those around you, we kindly ask that the hall location of this year's event is not to be shared with anybody, and will only be given upon registration. HOWEVER, you're more than welcome to share Chuck E. Con with your friends, and encourage them to register.

Is there any way of transportation?

No official transportation is provided. We encourage that our guests carpool with each other. It will help others who are renting vehicles with gas and also even start conversations with other fans. Uber is also very prominent in the city area.

Are ShowBiz Pizza Place Fans welcomed?

Yes! As ShowBiz was a very important part of Chuck E. Cheese's history, we will welcome all fans of ShowBiz Pizza Place. Please keep in mind that the primary focus of the event will be on the Chuck E. Cheese's side of the company, however.
